Check your Oregon Construction Contractors Board (CCB) or Oregon Building Codes Division (BCD) licensing! Inactive licenses will cause delays!

Residential Inspection customers can find their scheduled inspection time window for the current date each day after 8:00 a.m. on Portland Maps. Please visit Portland Maps, enter either your IVR or application number, and then click Search.

Communications about permits will be sent from portlandoregon.gov e-mail addresses. Many customers have found that our responses have gone to their Junk Mail folders. Please make sure portlandoregon.gov is in your e-mail allow-list.
